Do you get bored easily with your workout? We change our workouts daily and have a rich variety of equipment and exercises to choose from. Other group exercise programs simply cannot match our diversity. We keep you and your muscles guessing every time you come in. Plus, our 1-hour workout combines a full body workout and cardio into one. Three times a week is all you need to start seeing real results.

Flexibility

Flexible scheduling means you can easily fit fitness into your life

Never again say you can’t find the time to workout. With flexible workout times whenever you can get here, we can get you going. No more waiting an hour after you get off work for your class to start. All you have to do is show up and we will get you started.

Flexible workouts are available for both morning, lunch, and night classes, so go ahead and sleep in that extra half hour. We understand you have a busy life and limited time for the gym, so we make our program as flexible as possible. Our clients love it.

Coaching

Small classes so you will always get one-on-one guidance from our expert coaches.

There are a lot of group workout classes out there that will help you burn calories, but too many crowd 20 to 40 people in a class, reducing your trainer to a glorified cheerleader.

Why does that matter? If you perform your exercises with the incorrect form you not only raise your risk of injury but you also won’t get the results you seek.

This is exactly why we limit our class size to 12 people. Your trainer will give you personalized attention and coach you through the proper form for the best results, every time you come to class. This is the most important thing a trainer can do, ensure you get the results you want and keep you safe while doing it.

Continuity

The trainers have the same philosophy, to ensue you reach your goals

At so many gyms, they have a large staff of trainers who might pop-in to teach a class once a week, or worse, once a month. But, these trainers will never get to know you, your goals, your stumbles, your triumphs.

At Synergy we start with a one-on-one call with one of our coaches. You will discuss your current health and fitness regime, your fitness goals, as well as the steps necessary to achieve them.
